RAB hosts live presentation on Nielsen mSurvey radio measurement.

The Radio Advertising Bureau will host a live session detailing Nielsen Audios new mobile enabled diary methodology, mSurvey. Scheduled for Wednesday, April 1, at noon CT, this free one hour presentation covers the overview and test results leading into the Spring 2026 launch.

The introduction of mSurvey is a significant step forward in radio measurement, reflecting how audiences engage with media in a mobile first environment. The platform aims to improve usability and increase participation while enhancing audience representation, particularly among younger demographics. This initiative is part of a multiyear effort by Nielsen to modernize its Audio Diary service through digital first recruitment, address based sampling, and updated incentive structures.

Rich Tunkel, managing director at Nielsen Audio, and Robin Gentry, director of diaries and surveys at Nielsen Audio, will lead the webinar. They will outline the development and rollout of mSurvey, its impact on diary methodology, and what broadcasters, advertisers, and agencies can expect as implementation begins.

The live virtual session and accompanying resources are free and open to the radio and advertising industry. To register for this presentation, click here.

This presentation is part of the RAB One Voice for Radio initiative, which continues to share updates and resources to support the industry.
