The Commission wants to offer four AM and 136 FM construction permits in Auction 109 on July 17. The new auction will include all of the FM permits from the delayed Auction 106, plus six more FM CPs and the aforementioned four AMs. Comments on the proposed bidding procedures are due on March 15, with replies due March 22.
