Letcher County Broadcasting has been hit with a proposed $1500 fine for its translator W278BK/Jenkins, NY. The application, due April 1 of last year, was filed 2½ months late with no explanation. The same fate, and the same fine, for the same offense, has befallen Heritage Media of Kentucky for W280FH/Leitchfield, KY.
