Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio (MIW) has launched the Erica Farber Mentorship in Management program, aimed at advancing women in senior leadership across radio sectors like sales, marketing, programming, and digital. Previously called the Mildred Carter Mentorship, this initiative supports career growth and leadership development for women in the industry. Applications are open until November 22, with virtual interviews scheduled for December 9. MIW Board President Ruth Presslaff highlighted Farber’s inspirational leadership, while Farber expressed her excitement to support the next generation of women leaders in radio through this program, emphasizing their potential to impact the industry.
