The cloud based broadcast software company announced a broad expansion of its platform to support the growing need for automation and execution intelligence in the radio industry. Built for browser access from anywhere, Radio Workflow provides a unified operating environment tailored to modern radio organizations.
The platform’s growth is largely driven by small and medium market stations that need enterprise capability without the complexity. “Small and medium market radio is where the real work happens,” said CEO Fletcher Ford. “These stations do not have layers of staff or time to babysit software. They need tools that work, support they can reach, and systems that respect how radio actually operates day to day.”
Developed under the leadership of Chief Information Officer Shane Zammit, the cloud native system connects sales execution, production workflows, creative tools, automation, and analytics in one environment. Zammit noted that the team spends time inside stations to listen. “Every expansion came from hands on use and direct feedback, not assumptions,” he said.
A key feature of the expansion is Broadcast Buddy, an AI driven companion that assists with meeting preparation, account insights, email summarization, document drafting, and system navigation. The AI supports human judgment to help small teams work faster.
The update also enhances sales execution tools, allowing sellers to build weekly plans, prioritize accounts, and log outcomes from the field. These workflows feed directly into performance analytics for managers. Additional upgrades include a modernized production environment, AI assisted tools like voice mapping and Automix, centralized cloud storage, and expanded customer management capabilities.
The company continues to support Love Local Radio, an initiative promoting the value of local broadcasting and advertisers. Existing users can upgrade to the expanded platform at no additional cost.
“We did not build this from the top down,” said Ford. “We built it from the station up.”
