The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) has opened registration for the 2025 NAB Show, taking place April 5-9 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. This year’s event spotlights sports, AI, the creator economy, and streaming, with a major highlight being the three-day “Sports Summit: The Future of Sports Rights and Fan Experience.” Topics will include immersive fan experiences, athlete-owned media ventures, and the impact of NCAA NIL rules on licensing. Sessions will feature prominent figures like NFL SVP Tracy Perlman and iHeart Women’s Sports leader Jessie Katz, discussing audience engagement and the growth of women’s sports. Innovations such as AI-powered personalized broadcasts and AWS F1 simulators will also be showcased. The Sports Wagering Pavilion will explore fan monetization strategies. Karen Chupka of NAB emphasized how live sports are transforming audience engagement and revenue opportunities. Registration is now open on the NAB Show website.
