The NAB extended its entry timeline for the 2026 Marconi Radio Awards, giving broadcast stations and on-air talent an additional two days to complete their entries. Participants now have until June 2 to submit their award applications via the official organization member portal. Established in 1989 to honor broadcasting excellence, the awards feature more than 20 distinct categories, including Legendary Station of the Year alongside various music and spoken-word format honors. An independent panel of broadcast professionals will evaluate the submissions to determine finalists this summer, with the official winners set to be announced during a dinner program at the Edison Ballroom in Manhattan on October 20.
