Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. (MIW), the 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on advancing female leadership in radio broadcasting, has opened the application window for the 2nd Annual Erica Farber Mentorship in Management Program, exclusively sponsored by WideOrbit.
This year-long program is designed to empower women already in or approaching senior leadership roles across sales, marketing, programming, digital, and other areas of radio. Participants are paired with top executives and industry thought leaders for personalized mentorship, strategic guidance, and access to high-level leadership development opportunities.
