Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. (MIW) has officially named the four professionals selected for its 2026 leadership program sponsored by WideOrbit. This initiative focuses on women in sales, marketing, programming, and digital fields, providing them with a year-long mentorship experience to accelerate their career advancement and leadership development.
The MIW Erica Farber Mentorship in Management Class of 2026 features Angela Williams, Manager of Business Operations at Crawford Media Group in Chicago; Bridget England, Program Director & Morning Show Host at 96 Rock for Cumulus in Cincinnati; Cassie Reimold, Regional Digital Sales Manager for Salem Media covering Tampa, Orlando, and Atlanta; and Kelly Harlow Pruitt, General Sales Manager for Cumulus Media in Indianapolis.
The program honors the career of Erica Farber and her history of advocacy for women in the industry. Jenna Miller, Chair of the 2026 MIW Mentoring Committee, stated that the new class highlights the incredible momentum and talent of women throughout the audio landscape. She noted that each selectee has shown extraordinary potential and dedication.
Sheila Kirby, MIW Board President, emphasized the importance of the partnership with WideOrbit in fulfilling this mission. She remarked that these leaders will help shape the future of the industry and that supporting their journey strengthens the entire audio ecosystem.
