The Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio (MIW) organization announced its new board appointments for 2026 on Tuesday, highlighting leaders from various market sizes. The non-profit, which is dedicated to the advancement of female leadership in the audio industry, has added Allyson Hillman, President of Townsquare Media’s Rockford, Illinois market, to its Board of Directors. Hillman represents the vital sector of small market radio leadership.
Joining her are Kieran Geffert, Senior Vice President and Market Manager for Audacy in San Francisco, and Lauren “Lo” Sessions-Barker, the Assistant Program Director and afternoon host at 93Q Country (KKBQ) in Houston. The fourth appointee is Linnae Young, Chief Revenue Officer for Salem Media Group. The organization also elevated Randi P’Pool to the Executive Board as Secretary. These moves reflect MIW’s continued effort to mentor women across all levels of the radio business, from local stations to national corporate roles.
