Broadcasters Foundation announces 2025 leadership honorees.

The Broadcasters Foundation of America (BFoA) has revealed its 2025 Leadership Award recipients, recognizing industry leaders for their contributions. Honorees include NAB President Curtis LeGeyt, Saga Communications CEO Chris Forgy, former Urban One Radio CEO David Kantor, Audacy COO Susan Larkin, Illinois Broadcasters Association CEO Dennis Lyle, and NBC Universal Local Chairman Valari Staab. The prestigious Lowry Mays Excellence in Broadcasting Award will go to former CBS Radio COO and current BFoA Chair Scott Herman, while Wiley Law Senior Counsel Richard Bodorff will receive the 2025 Chairman’s Award. The awards will be presented at the BFoA Annual Breakfast on April 9 during the NAB Show in Las Vegas. The event is free for broadcasting professionals with registration. BFoA’s fundraising efforts have grown significantly, providing nearly $2 million in grants in 2024 to support broadcasters in need. Donations can be made through the BFoA website.
