AdLarge, a global audio advertising and podcast monetization company, announced the acquisition of assets from Inlet Media, Inc. For nearly two years, AdLarge has utilized Inlet’s technology platform to manage audio and video content through AI-powered workflows. This acquisition strengthens the position of AdLarge and the fwd. network as a technology-first ecosystem for creators and brands.
As part of the transaction, Inlet Media co-founder Patrick Cedrowski has been named Chief Technology Officer of AdLarge and the fwd. network. This marks the first CTO appointment for the organization. Brian Egan, co-founder of Inlet Media and a longtime AdLarge team member, has been promoted to Vice President and Head of Product. Egan will lead product strategy across the company’s creator and advertiser technology stack.
The Inlet platform is already integrated into the AdLarge infrastructure, facilitating the distribution and monetization of multimedia content. Cedrowski noted that bringing the technology in-house allows for more integrated development and faster innovation. He expressed excitement about leading the technology vision to elevate the platform.
Egan stated that the role enables him to combine product, engineering, and business strategy to deliver tools that help creators and brands activate effectively. The acquisition aligns with the broader strategy to invest in AI-enabled innovation.
Cathy Csukas, CEO of AdLarge and the fwd. network, described the move as a major milestone. She emphasized that Cedrowski and Egan bring essential technical leadership as the company builds a more scalable future.
