Yet another broadcaster has been terminated after posting
a controversial tweet. Amber Athey was a morning-show co-host for WMAL in
Washington, DC, until she made a joke about Vice President Kamala Harris’s wardrobe
at the State of the Union Address at least that’s what Ms. Athey alleges in an article in
the conservative magazine The Spectator. It should be noted that Ms. Athey also found
herself in hot water for some comments about trans-gender young people.
