Something broadcasters have been looking forward to for a long time, the FCC will be considering the elimination of the Main Studio Rule during its next Open Meeting this coming Tuesday (10/22). The other impactful item is the elimination of the requirement for broadcasters to post public notices in print newspapers, all part of the initiative to streamline the rules.
