A federal judge has overruled the Department of Justice and has cleared the way for AT&T to take over Time Warner, rejecting the DOJ’s argument that the purchase would violate antitrust laws. Judge Richard Leon’s ruling comes with no conditions whatsoever, allowing the two media giants to craft whatever deal they want.
