The Commission has proposed a $1000 fine for a late license renewal application against WXEI-LP /Crestview, FL owner X-Static enterprises. In addition, two more station licensees have entered Consent Decrees regarding their failure to comply with political public file rules. In both cases, no fine is being levied, but the licensees in question are required to implement and monitor strict compliance plans. The two lucky licensees are the Jomast Corporation, operating an AM/FM in Oskaloosa, IA; and Zimmer Radio of Mid-Missouri, Inc., operating four stations in that region.
