Meanwhile, Consent Decrees were entered with, and compliance plans installed at. Summit Media (KSGF/Springfield, MO); Wennes Communications (KDEC, KDHK, and KVIK/Decorah, IA; and KMRV and KNEI/Waukon, IL); Queens Radio Wisconsin, Inc. (KIYX/Sageville, IA); and Bragg Broadcasting Corporation (KSAR/Thayer, MO) for failure to upload political documents to their online public files.
