Spintrack to deliver a native broadcast automation solution for Mac users.

Radio stations and webcasters seeking a native macOS radio automation platform will soon have a new option as TuneTracker Systems prepares to launch SpinTrack. Located in Galesburg, Illinois, TuneTracker Systems engineered the upcoming software suite to deliver professional, unattended playout and live-assist broadcasting specifically for Apple hardware, filling a longstanding gap in a market historically dominated by Windows-only tools.

Designed from the ground up for macOS, SpinTrack integrates directly with Apple’s Core Audio framework to deliver low-latency playout without requiring emulation software like Wine or Boot Camp. The platform’s playout engine is built for continuous 24/7 automation and includes a built-in silence sensor that detects dead air and initiates automatic recovery. For programming, the system enables station managers to design custom format clocks, establish rotation rules, and enforce artist separation buffers. Its companion library management tools streamline audio tagging, visual cue positioning, and volume leveling across standard audio formats like WAV, AIFF, and MP3. On-air hosts gain access to a customizable button pad for sound effects, live drag-and-drop playlist editing, voice-track ramping, and satellite switcher integration. Built-in encoder tools also stream live audio feeds directly to Icecast or Shoutcast servers with real-time metadata.

While currently listed as “coming soon,” TuneTracker Systems has outlined a pricing structure to accommodate various station budgets upon launch. A functional free version will be offered for internet hobbyists, college stations, and low-power community broadcasters testing format tools prior to deployment. Full commercial perpetual software licenses for standalone playout and scheduling modules are expected to start around $299. For operations seeking complete setups, turnkey hardware bundles featuring pre-configured Mac mini desktop systems paired with the full SpinTrack software suite will range between $800 and $2,500, depending on remote access modules, voice tracking tools, and AI voice generators.
