A fellow in Temecula, California has filed another lawsuit against the satellite provider for making telemarketing calls to his cell phone, which violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Gerald Kostecka alleges that Sirius XM made repeated calls to his mobile device, even after being told to stop. Sirius XM has been busted for this before, to the tune of a $35 million class-action settlement.
