The NAB Show is introducing a live ceremony for its Product of the Year Awards, marking its sixth annual installment. The awards, recognizing groundbreaking products and technologies in radio, broadcasting, media, and entertainment, will be determined by industry experts across 15 categories aligned with the NAB Show’s workflow pillars: Create, Connect, and Capitalize. A new category, Best Overall Top Tech, is introduced. Eligible entries must be from companies exhibiting at the 2024 NAB Show, and products or technologies should be available in 2024. Categories include Radio, Audio Production, Streaming, Hardware Infrastructure, and AI/Machine Learning. Winners will be announced live on the Main Stage at the Las Vegas Convention Center on April 16, emphasizing innovation’s role in transforming the industry. The nomination period is open until April 3. NAB Senior VP Eric Trabb highlighted the awards’ significance in recognizing outstanding product innovation.
