The FCC has proposed a $10,000 fine against one Romayne Davis for operating an unlicensed radio, “Jungle Boy ENT,” on 89.5 FM in Oakland Park, FL.
The FCC has fined Fabrice Polynice $25,000 for operating an unlicensed radio station on 90.1 FM in North Miami, FL.
The Commission also fined $1,200 for operating unlicensed radio transmitting equipment on 87.9 FM in Iowa City, IA.
