All Access will be shutting down on August 15th, but a modified/abbreviated version of the site will be available starting August 16th. The new site will still offer All Access Downloads, Jobs/Situations Wanted boards, Mediabase, Chartmetric, Industry Directory, Ratings, Videos, and Columns (in archive form). Net News and most of the current content will no longer be published/updated.
