GMR rears its head.

Global Music Rights, the music-royalty organization founded by music mogul Irving Azoff, filed a lawsuit in California federal court last week claiming that Entravision is guilty of “willful copyright infringement” by playing over 130 copyrighted songs 15,000 times without compensating the copyright holders. Further, GMR says it made several written proposals to Entravision, but those proposals were ignored.
