The former president of the United States petulantly resigned from entertainment union SAG-AFTRA following disciplinary action against him for violations of union policies. “Who cares?” said FPOTUS in his resignation letter, to which letter the union responded, “Thank you.” Upon further consideration, SAG-AFTRA barred the former TV star from readmission to the union for life, citing his “antagonism of the union’s journalist members and disregard for the values and integrity of the union.” SAG-AFTRA President Gabrielle Carteris said in a statement that the lifetime ban “is more than a symbolic step. It is a resounding statement that threatening or inciting harm against fellow members will not be tolerated. An attack against one is an attack against all.”
