A pirate operator in Austin, TX—”Liberty Radio”—that rebroadcast the Alex Jones radio show was shut down and fined $15,000 back in 2014. But the operator has refused to pay the fine, even going so far as to respond to the FCC by saying, “Kindly never bother us with your harassment under color of law and office again.” Now the Commission is suing the miscreants for the fine and court costs.
