AMFEVA is on the clock.

With eleven months since the AM For Every Vehicle Act became eligible for a US Senate vote and six months until Congress adjourns, the NAB is urging Americans to push their representatives to pass the act. The latest PSAs emphasize AM radio’s importance for news, public safety, community engagement, and entertainment. Launched in April 2023 and updated in February, the campaign is the NAB’s most publicly engaged effort. NAB CEO Curtis LeGeyt warned that eliminating AM radio could endanger emergency communications. The act has bipartisan support and a Senate supermajority, but time is running out to bring it to a vote.
